Flowback
Flowback refers to a process by which the fluid used to hydraulically fracture a shale formation is recovered from the well at the surface. As it is done in preparation for a subsequent phase of treatment, or to cleanup and transition the well to a production stage, it is an important step in the drilling operation. Great care must be taken so that sudden pressure fluctuations do not disrupt the formation, and the reclaimed fluid must be properly disposed of to ensure the protection of surface and ground water. Needless to say, reliably functioning equipment is essential to the job. That's why we decided to build Jaguar from the ground up, using brand new equipment for all of our flowback operations. An incredible amount of thought and planning went into creating each of our flowback packages. Because they were specifically designed for the demands of the particular regions in which they operate, we are able to match well conditions more effectively and simultaneously cut operating costs. Jaguar's flowback equipment includes:
- Hydraulic & Manual Choke Manifolds
- Frac Stacks and Zipper Manifolds
- Plug Catchers
- Sand Separators
- Control Trailers
